The quick way, in the app
Step 1
Open benji
Sign in to the account you want to remove.
Step 2
Settings → Delete my data
At the bottom of Settings.
Step 3
Confirm the deletion request
benji starts an irreversible deletion request. Your data is removed after server cleanup is verified; follow the in-app recovery prompt if it appears.

If you can't get into the app
Email hello@benji.cash from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete my account". We verify it's you, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What account deletion removes
- Your account: email and sign-in.
- All financial information you entered: income, spending, savings, debts, goals, history.
- Your chat history with benji.
Backups expire automatically within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, like payment records held by Apple, are retained only as required.

Separate Notify me email
A separate Notify me email is not part of your benji account and is not removed automatically with account deletion. To remove it, email hello@benji.cash from that address with the subject "Remove my email".
